How does the serial code activation work?
SalonOS uses offline activation codes (like software keys) for security. Purchase a plan, get your code, and activate it during signup — no recurring card charges. Renewal is done the same way.
Is my data safe and private?
Yes. Each salon's data is completely isolated — no other salon can see your appointments, customers, or billing data. We use Supabase with Row Level Security for database-level isolation.
Does SalonOS support GST billing?
Absolutely. Bills are generated with proper CGST + SGST breakdown, SAC codes for beauty services, and can be exported for GSTR-1 filing. We follow Indian GST compliance standards.
Can customers book appointments online?
Yes. Every salon gets a unique booking portal (e.g., salonos.in/book/your-salon). Customers can select services, choose a time slot, enter their details, and pay via Paytm.
What happens when my plan expires?
Your dashboard will show an "expired plan" message. Customer data, appointments, and bills are all preserved. Renew with a new serial code to regain access within minutes.
